We are thrilled to announce Joshua’s joining our motivated team at Intrepid Development Company (IDC). Joshua, who has over a decade of experience in building and development, is poised to have a huge influence on our business and the larger community.
Joshua gained recognition at Inland Atlantic Development Corp., where he was effective at coordinating the land development process for retail sites with mixed uses and multifamily units throughout the southeast region. His proficiency spans the whole project lifecycle, from conceptual design to completion, emphasizing the dedication to superior workmanship in every project he performs.
In addition to his career success, Joshua has an intense devotion to community involvement. He nurtures a love for the game while coaching young athletes as the VP of the board for Inter Atlanta FC, a charitable organization that offers youth soccer opportunities to overlooked communities. Furthermore, he doubles as the Midtown boys’ soccer team’s varsity coach, providing a high priority on both player and team improvement.
In retrospect, Joshua says of his experience in commercial real estate, “My career was intended only to be a brief one after graduation. I’ve been in the field for eleven years. His dedication to innovation and excellence has only served to fuel his growing enthusiasm for CRE. He says, “Many stakeholders have been hesitant to embrace these changes,” acknowledging the challenges inherent in managing rapid shifts in this industry and embracing the latest technology. But through the use of technology, we have been able to add new levels of efficiency to our initiatives.
